Vai haver uma revolução do vinho na China

O jornalista, sommelier e crítico de vinhos Tommy Lam (Tommy Lam WineMBA, MBA, CS, CSW, CSS, CPW), que, entre muitas coisas, é presidente da Academia de Vinhos de Singapura, e a quem conheci, no Vale dos Vinhedos, em Bento Gonçalves, durante uma das viagens organizadas pelo Ibravin para jornalistas conhecerem o vinho nacional, manda um convite para participar, em Shangai, da China Wine Conference 2012 November 14, organizado pelo Asia Wine Institute, com apoio do Shanghai Liquor Bureau Hong Kou, China Sommelier Association 中国侍酒师协会(筹).
